Casa Terrazza
White terraces, stepping to the sea
Ibiza, Spain — 2024 — 520 m²
(01) The brief
A family house of white lime terraces that step down the hillside, each level with its own pool of shade.
Island vernacular reinterpreted: thick lime walls, deep reveals and courtyards that cool the house naturally.
The result needs almost no mechanical cooling, even in August.
