Linea Residence
Quiet luxury in a Milanese palazzo
Milan, Italy — 2026 — 380 m²
(01) The brief
A 19th-century apartment re-imagined with continuous oak walls that hide storage, kitchen and a bar.
One long oak ‘line’ runs through the apartment, absorbing everything functional so that the rooms can stay serene.
Original arches and plasterwork were restored and left deliberately bare.
