The Cantilever
A headquarters that floats
Copenhagen, Denmark — 2024 — 12,400 m²
(01) The brief
Stacked, shifted white volumes create sheltered terraces on every floor and a public plaza beneath a 22-metre cantilever.
The building is organised as a vertical village: each shifted block houses one team with its own garden terrace.
A single spiral stair connects all levels, designed as the building’s social spine.
